By Car
Regent House is at 291 Kirkdale, Sydenham, close to the junction with the A212. This junction is known locally as Cobbs Corner. The ground floor of Regent House is occupied by LA Fitness. Unrestricted street parking is readily available in Kirkdale and in most of the streets off Westwood Hill (A212) and Kirkdale.

By Train
From Sydenham train station turn right into the main road. Cross over the roundabout and the entrance to Regent House is just past LA Fitness (5 minutes walk).

By Bus
Buses: 202,122, and 312 stop right outside Regent House.
